- Collaborate with venture partners to incubate spin-off technologies
- Present strategic blueprints to C-suite and board members quarterly
- Manage $2M annual innovation budget with ROI-focused allocation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic tech roles with AI/quantum specialization
- Proven track record in launching patented technologies (5+ patents)
- Expertise in futures forecasting methodologies (e.g., Delphi, Horizon scanning)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Physics, or related field
- Experience with venture capital due diligence processes
- Proficiency in Python and data modeling for trend analysis
- Published research in IEEE or Nature journals preferred
- Security clearance for government-contracted R&D projects
