- Manage $2M+ annual innovation budget with ROI-driven resource allocation
- Present strategies to Fortune 500 clients and industry consortiums
- Mentor emerging engineers in future-focused development methodologies
- Secure 3+ patents annually in emerging tech domains
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy with 5+ years in future-tech forecasting
- Expertise in AI/ML, blockchain, and sustainable tech ecosystems
- Proven track record scaling products to 10M+ users
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Published research in IEEE or ACM journals on emerging technologies
- Proficiency in scenario planning and technology impact assessment
- Experience leading global teams across 3+ time zones
- Security clearance or ability to obtain (DoD preferred)
