Responsibilities
- Analyze and forecast 2026 technology landscape trends across AI, biotech, and decentralized systems
- Develop 5-year strategic roadmaps for quantum computing integration and ethical AI deployment
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align R&D, product, and business teams on future tech priorities
- Build competitive intelligence frameworks for emerging technologies in sustainability and automation
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and board members with data-backed insights
- Partner with venture capital teams to identify and evaluate disruptive startups targeting 2026 markets
- Author thought leadership papers on the societal implications of 2026 technological convergence
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Futures Studies, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 10+ years in strategic planning or innovation roles with Fortune 500 or scale-up tech companies
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, AI ethics, climate tech, or neurotech
- Proven track record of developing and implementing multi-year technology roadmaps
- Exceptional systems thinking with ability to model complex technological interdependencies
- Experience with scenario planning methodologies and horizon scanning frameworks
- Strong network within venture capital, academic research, and government innovation labs
- Published thought leadership on emerging technology trends (blog, journal, or conference)
