Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive 2026 technology strategy roadmap aligned with global market trends
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions (quantum AI, neural interfaces, synthetic biology)
- Establish ethical frameworks for emerging technology implementation and governance
- Partner with venture capital arms to identify and acquire disruptive startups
- Present strategic visions to board members and industry consortiums
- Monitor geopolitical shifts and regulatory changes impacting tech adoption
- Build innovation incubators within the organization for moonshot projects
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or emerging tech R&D leadership
- Proven track record in launching at least one disruptive tech product/service
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, neuromorphic engineering, or bio-convergence
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry whitepapers
- Experience with scenario planning methodologies and futures forecasting tools
- Certification in AI ethics or technology governance (e.g., IEEE Ethically Aligned Design)
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Biotechnology, or related field
