Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year roadmaps for quantum computing applications and AI ethics frameworks
- Lead cross-functional teams prototyping next-gen biometric interfaces and neural tech
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging threats/opportunities in climate tech
- Architect sustainable blockchain solutions for circular economy models
- Present strategic vision to C-suite and board members quarterly
- Mentor junior futurists through our Future Leaders program
- Collaborate with MIT and Stanford on 2026 Tech Impact Studies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic tech roles with Fortune 500 unicorns
- Proven track record in scaling AI/ML initiatives to enterprise level
- Deep expertise in climate tech and sustainable innovation frameworks
- Published research in IEEE or Nature journals preferred
- Fluency in at least one quantum programming language (Qiskit/Cirq)
- Experience with ISO 26000 ESG compliance modeling
- Certification in Future Studies from World Future Society
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ disruptive tech launches post-2020
