- Conduct competitive analysis and technology forecasting for 3-5 year horizons
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech startups
- Present technology insights to C-suite executives and board members
- Oversee R&D investments in future-focused innovation labs
- Drive ethical technology governance frameworks for 2026-era deployments
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or emerging tech roles with 5+ years in leadership
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, generative AI, or sustainable tech
- Proven track record of launching futuristic products with measurable market impact
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Experience with technology forecasting methodologies (e.g., Delphi, scenario planning)
- Strong network within Silicon Valley innovation ecosystems
