- Establish ethical frameworks for AI/autonomous systems and quantum applications
- Drive strategic partnerships with academic institutions and government innovation labs
- Present future-tech vision to investors, boards, and industry forums
- Manage $5M+ innovation budget with ROI-focused resource allocation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in emerging technology strategy with quantum computing or AI specialization
- Proven track record scaling disruptive tech from concept to market
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Physics, or Engineering (PhD preferred)
- Deep understanding of ethical AI frameworks and quantum security protocols
- Executive experience in Fortune 500 or high-growth tech startups
- Published research in IEEE Nature or equivalent tier-1 journals
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming (Qiskit/Cirq)
