Responsibilities
- Design and execute 2026 technology roadmaps aligning with quantum computing, biotech convergence, and decentralized systems
- Lead scenario planning for climate-resilient infrastructure and sustainable tech ecosystems
- Champion innovation through hackathons and R&D sprints with global research partners
- Analyze emerging regulatory frameworks (EU AI Act, US Tech Policy) and advise compliance strategies
- Mentor cross-functional teams in rapid prototyping and agile methodologies
- Present strategic visions to C-suite executives and venture capital partners
- Develop KPI frameworks for measuring long-term technology adoption impact
Qualifications
- 12+ years experience in emerging technology strategy with Fortune 500 or unicorn-scale companies
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, synthetic biology, or Web3 infrastructure
- Published thought leadership in IEEE Nature or similar peer-reviewed journals
- Proven ability to secure $5M+ in government innovation grants or private funding
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or Futuristics
- Certification in Technology Foresight (e.g., APF, WFS) or equivalent
- Portfolio demonstrating successful 5+ year technology implementation cycles
