Qualifications

- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science/Engineering with AI specialization

- Proven track record scaling tech ventures to $1B+ valuation
- Deep expertise in blockchain, neuromorphic computing, and carbon-neutral tech
- Fluency in Mandarin and Japanese for global partnerships
