Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps for quantum computing and AI integration
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen systems (AR/VR, biotech, autonomous)
- Conduct market analysis for emerging tech adoption patterns (2024-2028)
- Establish ethical frameworks for advanced AI and biotechnology applications
- Secure $50M+ in innovation grants through strategic partnerships
- Present future tech visions to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Mentor junior researchers in future-tech methodologies
Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech strategy with 5+ in emerging technologies
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Proven track record in quantum/AI commercialization
- Published research in IEEE Nature or equivalent tier
- Experience securing federal/state innovation grants
- Deep knowledge of tech ethics and regulatory landscapes
- Fluency in at least one quantum programming language (Qiskit, Cirq)
- Certified in Future Tech Strategy (FTS-2025) or equivalent
