Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026 technology roadmaps aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Lead innovation workshops to identify breakthrough opportunities in AI, quantum computing, and biotech
- Analyze emerging technologies to assess commercial viability and competitive advantages
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype and validate futuristic concepts
- Create strategic briefings for executive leadership on technological disruption risks and opportunities
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators to stay ahead of innovation curves
- Monitor global tech policies and regulatory changes affecting future technology adoption
Qualifications
- Minimum 7 years in technology strategy or innovation management
- Proven track record in emerging technology adoption and commercialization
- Expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, advanced robotics, or biotech integration
- Experience developing long-term tech roadmaps with measurable KPIs
- Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical and market data
- Certification in technology foresight or innovation management preferred
- Demonstrated success in cross-functional leadership and stakeholder management
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Technology required
