Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology innovation roadmap aligned with global market trends
- Lead R&D initiatives in quantum-resistant cryptography and next-gen AI frameworks
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies with 5-10 year commercialization potential
- Design strategic partnerships with academic institutions and industry pioneers
- Present visionary tech briefings to investors and board members
- Manage a $5M annual innovation budget with ROI-driven allocation
- Build and mentor a specialized future-tech incubation team
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech forecasting
- Proven track record in commercializing futuristic technologies (AI/quantum/blockchain)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism
- Expertise in scenario planning and technology impact assessment methodologies
- Deep understanding of regulatory frameworks for emerging technologies
- Published thought leadership in tech journals or major industry conferences
- Fluency in at least one programming language (Python preferred)
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Strategic Innovation Management
