Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Vision: Conduct deep-dive research into emerging technologies (e.g., Quantum Computing, Generative AI, Immersive Web) to define the company's 3-year technical vision.

Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership or architect role.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven track record of defining long-term technical roadmaps and leading innovation initiatives.
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of AI/ML frameworks, Blockchain/Web3 technologies, and cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure).
- Future-Readiness: Demonstrated ability to anticipate industry shifts and adapt technical strategies accordingly.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical ideas to non-technical stakeholders.
