- Lead cross-functional R&D teams to prototype breakthrough technologies with 3-year commercialization roadmaps
- Develop future-proof infrastructure compliant with evolving regulatory landscapes (2026+)
- Drive strategic partnerships with academic institutions and government bodies for 2026 tech standards
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging threats and opportunities in 2026 tech ecosystems
- Mentor talent in future-focused skill development (quantum algorithms, synthetic biology, neurointerfaces)
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech leadership with proven experience in emerging tech adoption cycles
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, synthetic biology, or neurotech integration
- Published research or patents in future-facing technologies (post-2025 focus preferred)
- Experience developing ethical frameworks for AI/biotech deployment in regulated environments
- Track record of scaling R&D initiatives from concept to market-ready solutions
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Bioengineering, or related field
- Proficiency in future simulation modeling and predictive analytics for tech ecosystems
