Responsibilities

- Lead Innovation: Spearhead research and development initiatives focused on Generative AI, Predictive Analytics, and Quantum Computing integration.
- Technical Strategy: Define technical roadmaps and standards that align with the company's 2026 vision, ensuring best practices in security and scalability.
- Team Mentorship: Cultivate a high-performance engineering culture by mentoring junior developers and conducting technical reviews.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, data scientists, and designers to translate complex technical requirements into user-centric solutions.
- Performance Optimization: Continuously monitor system performance, identifying bottlenecks and optimizing code for efficiency and speed.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional software engineering experience, with at least 2 years in a lead or architectural role.
- Core Tech: Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, or PyTorch, and deep knowledge of distributed systems.
- Future-Ready Skills: Experience with edge computing, IoT, or blockchain technologies is highly preferred.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree or PhD is a plus.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional problem-solving abilities and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Adaptability: A demonstrated track record of pivoting quickly in response to emerging technologies and market changes.
