Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026 tech roadmap, integrating AI, blockchain, and IoT solutions
- Lead a 15-person cross-functional squad in developing quantum-encrypted infrastructure
- Collaborate with Stanford/MIT researchers on sustainable tech initiatives
- Present breakthrough concepts to C-suite and venture partners quarterly
- Drive adoption of our proprietary Neuro-Development Framework
- Mentor junior talent through our Future Leaders incubator program
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech leadership with 5+ in emerging tech (quantum/AI/blockchain)
- Proven track record of shipping moonshot products with $10M+ budgets
- PhD in Computer Science or equivalent breakthrough innovations
- Expertise in federated learning and edge computing architectures
- Published research in Nature/Science or top-tier conferences
- Experience scaling teams from 10 to 100+ engineers
