Responsibilities
- Design and execute the 2026 technology vision roadmap aligning with business objectives
- Lead R&D initiatives in quantum computing, AI ethics, and biotech convergence
- Drive innovation sprints with global engineering teams to prototype future solutions
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech pioneers
- Develop governance frameworks for autonomous systems and decentralized networks
- Mentor next-gen talent in emerging technology domains
- Present strategic briefings to stakeholders and industry forums
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology leadership with proven future-tech portfolio
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, AR/VR, biotech)
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science/Engineering or related field
- Published thought leadership in IEEE or Nature journals preferred
- Experience scaling tech teams to 100+ members across global markets
- Certified in Future Tech Strategy (FTS) or equivalent
- Deep understanding of regulatory landscapes for 2026 tech ecosystems
- Fluency in at least two programming languages (Python, Rust, or equivalent)
