Responsibilities
- Architect and implement 2026-era tech stack including AI/ML frameworks, quantum computing APIs, and decentralized networks
- Lead cross-functional teams of engineers, designers, and futurists to deliver breakthrough digital experiences
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps aligned with emerging trends like Web4.0 and neuro interfaces
- Conduct R&D on next-gen technologies including neuromorphic computing and synthetic biology integration
- Collaborate with Fortune 500 clients to prototype and deploy future-ready solutions
- Establish innovation labs and hackathons to explore 2026+ technological paradigms
- Drive patent development in emerging fields like quantum machine learning and holographic interfaces
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech leadership with proven experience in emerging technologies (AI, quantum, AR/VR)
- Expertise in at least two future-focused domains: blockchain, neuromorphic computing, or synthetic biology
- Track record of shipping enterprise-scale systems serving 1M+ users
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurology preferred
- Deep understanding of Web4.0 protocols and decentralized governance models
- Published research in IEEE ACM or similar tier-1 journals on future tech topics
- Experience leading cross-cultural teams across 3+ time zones
- Certification in quantum computing (IBM Qiskit/Google Cirq) or equivalent
