Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 technology adoption strategies for AI, quantum, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-functional teams of 15+ engineers and researchers in prototyping next-gen systems
- Partner with Fortune 500 clients to implement future-ready infrastructure
- Drive open-source initiatives that shape industry standards for 2030+ technologies
- Secure $10M+ in innovation grants and partnerships for emerging tech initiatives
- Present breakthrough findings at global tech summits (CES, Web Summit, etc.)
- Mentor junior talent through our Future Tech Fellowship program
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology leadership with 5+ years in emerging tech (quantum/AI/blockchain)
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Published research in Nature/Science journals or top-tier conference proceedings
- Proven track record of scaling tech teams from prototype to enterprise deployment
- Expertise in regulatory frameworks for emerging technologies (FDA, FCC, GDPR)
- Fluency in at least one quantum programming language (Qiskit, Cirq) and AI frameworks
- Experience securing federal/state innovation grants (SBIR, NSF)
