Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Roadmap: Lead the strategic vision for system architecture, identifying emerging technologies and integrating them into our core infrastructure.
- Architect Scalable Solutions: Design robust, high-performance systems capable of handling massive scale and complex data loads.
- Lead Innovation Sprints: Spearhead experimental projects in AI and quantum readiness, guiding engineering teams from concept to deployment.
- Ensure Security & Compliance: Implement enterprise-grade security protocols and ensure all systems adhere to global regulatory standards.
- Mentorship: Cultivate a high-performance engineering culture by mentoring senior engineers and architects.
Qualifications
- Strategic Vision: 10+ years of experience in systems architecture, with at least 5 years in a leadership or architect role.
- Technical Mastery: Deep understanding of distributed systems, cloud architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP), and microservices.
- Futuristic Tech Savvy: Demonstrated experience or strong interest in AI, Machine Learning infrastructure, and quantum computing concepts.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to troubleshoot complex architectural challenges and make data-driven decisions.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of translating technical jargon into business value.
