Responsibilities

- Develop quantitative foresight models using AI-powered scenario planning tools to map probability vectors for disruptive innovations
- Produce annual '2026 Impact Briefs' synthesizing complex data into actionable strategic recommendations for executive leadership
- Lead cross-functional 'Future Councils' with R&D, product, and sustainability teams to align innovation portfolios with 2026 vision
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions, government agencies, and global innovation hubs to shape 2026 policy frameworks
- Author thought leadership content (whitepapers, TED-style talks) positioning FutureWorks as the 2026 innovation authority
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology strategy with demonstrable impact on future-focused roadmaps
- Expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis methodologies (e.g., Delphi, STEEPLE)
- Advanced proficiency in AI-driven analytics tools (e.g., GPT-4 Enterprise, Palantir) and quantitative modeling
- Published thought leadership in future studies, tech disruption, or sustainable innovation (portfolio required)
- Deep knowledge of at least two emerging domains: quantum computing, climate tech, neuro-interfaces, or decentralized economies
- Experience advising C-suite executives on strategic pivots during technological inflection points
- PhD or equivalent in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field preferred
