Qualifications
- 10+ years in systems architecture with proven experience in emerging tech ecosystems

- Published research in AI ethics or decentralized systems (2020-2023)
- Hands-on experience with blockchain consensus mechanisms (PoS, DAG, etc.)
- Strong background in sustainable technology lifecycle management
- Certification in Quantum Security Architecture (QSA) preferred
