Responsibilities
- Design and implement 2026-era digital transformation roadmaps across IoT, blockchain, and neuro-interfaces
- Lead cross-functional teams of AI specialists, quantum engineers, and UX futurists
- Architect secure-by-design systems compliant with quantum-resistant encryption standards
- Drive innovation through quarterly hackathons focused on 2026 technology horizons
- Establish KPI frameworks for measuring transformation ROI in emerging tech domains
- Partner with C-suite to align digital initiatives with 10-year strategic vision
- Mentor junior architects in next-gen development methodologies
Qualifications
- 15+ years in digital transformation with 5+ years in emerging tech leadership
- Expertise in AI/ML, quantum computing, or neuro-interfaces implementation
- Certified in Quantum Security Architecture (QSA) and Neuro-Interface Design (NID)
- Proven track record of scaling systems supporting 1M+ concurrent users
- Published research in IEEE or ACM journals on future-forward technologies
- MSc in Computer Science or equivalent with focus on human-computer interaction
- Experience with agile development in regulated industries (HIPAA/GDPR/CCPA)
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ enterprise-scale transformation projects
