Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable, fault-tolerant AI infrastructures designed for the demands of 2026.
- Lead the research and implementation of next-generation Large Language Model (LLM) orchestration and fine-tuning strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI agents into complex enterprise workflows.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Ensure ethical AI standards, data privacy compliance, and bias mitigation in all system designs.
- Optimize model inference latency and resource utilization to support real-time applications.
Qualifications
- Masterβs degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in AI/ML architecture.
- Deep proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow, and experience with distributed computing frameworks (Kubernetes, AWS, GCP).
- Proven track record of deploying successful AI products to production environments.
- Strong understanding of NLP, Computer Vision, and Reinforcement Learning.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to translate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
