Responsibilities
- Strategic Vision: Define and execute the AI product roadmap for the 2026 horizon, identifying emerging trends in generative AI and computer vision.
- Architecture & Engineering: Lead the design and implementation of scalable machine learning architectures, focusing on optimization, latency reduction, and cost efficiency.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a high-performing team of AI researchers and engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, designers, and business stakeholders to translate technical capabilities into market-leading features.
- R&D Leadership: Spearhead research initiatives into novel neural network architectures and reinforcement learning paradigms.
- Compliance & Ethics: Ensure all AI systems adhere to strict ethical guidelines, data privacy regulations, and safety standards.
Qualifications
- Education: Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field from a top-tier institution.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with 5+ years specifically focused on AI/ML research and production deployment.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX. Proven experience building and deploying Large Language Models (LLMs) and Transformer architectures.
- Tools & Cloud: Strong proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and MLOps tools (Kubernetes, Docker, MLflow).
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive technical strategy from conception to delivery.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
