Responsibilities
- Design and execute the 2026 AI strategy roadmap, aligning with quantum computing integration and ethical AI frameworks
- Lead cross-functional teams to deploy AI solutions in healthcare, climate modeling, and autonomous systems
- Drive innovation in neural-symbolic AI architectures for complex decision-making systems
- Establish governance protocols for AI safety and bias mitigation in high-stakes environments
- Partner with global research institutions to pioneer next-generation AI paradigms
- Present strategic AI insights to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Manage $5M+ annual AI innovation budget across experimental projects
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, AI, or related field with 10+ years in AI strategy development
- Proven expertise in quantum machine learning and post-quantum cryptography
- Published research in top-tier AI/ML conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, etc.)
- Experience scaling AI systems to process >1 petabyte of real-time data
- Demonstrated success in managing AI ethics frameworks and compliance initiatives
- Proficiency in deploying AI solutions across regulated industries (healthcare, finance)
- Strong network connections with AI research communities and industry consortia
