Responsibilities
- Architect the 2026 Roadmap: Design and implement the core technology strategy for our 2026 product lines, focusing on seamless AI integration.
- Lead Advanced AI Development: Spearhead the development of proprietary Large Language Models (LLMs) and computer vision systems.
- Quantum-Ready Infrastructure: Build software architectures that are future-proof, specifically designed to interface with emerging quantum computing hardware.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a high-performance engineering squad, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- System Optimization: Oversee the deployment of edge computing solutions and ensure real-time data processing efficiency.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex technical concepts into clear strategies for executive leadership and product teams.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership role managing AI/ML projects.
- Technical Skills: Deep proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed systems.
- AI Expertise: Proven track record of implementing Generative AI models in production environments.
