Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of a comprehensive AI strategy for 2026, aligning with business objectives.
- Monitor and analyze emerging AI trends, technologies, and competitive landscapes to identify opportunities and threats.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and business teams to integrate AI solutions into our products and services.
- Present strategic insights and recommendations to executive leadership and key stakeholders.
- Build and maintain relationships with thought leaders, research institutions, and industry partners.
- Drive innovation through research and development of next-generation AI applications.
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; PhD preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in AI, machine learning, or a related technology field, with at least 5 years in a strategic leadership role.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful technology strategies.
- Deep understanding of AI trends, including generative AI, neural networks, and ethical AI.
- Exceptional analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences.
- Experience with cross-functional collaboration and managing teams.
