Qualifications
- PhD in AI/Quantum Computing or 8+ years in advanced AI strategy
- Published research in Nature/Science on quantum machine learning
- Expertise in neuromorphic computing and 6G infrastructure
- Experience with AGI governance frameworks (e.g., Asilomar principles)
- Proven track record leading $10M+ R&D initiatives
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow Quantum, and quantum circuit design
