Responsibilities
- Develop 2026-specific AI roadmaps integrating quantum computing and neural network innovations
- Lead strategic partnerships with academic institutions and government agencies for next-gen AI standards
- Architect ethical AI governance frameworks for autonomous systems deployment
- Mentor junior researchers in emerging technologies including synthetic biology and nanotech-AI hybrids
- Present findings at global tech summits and publish in Nature/Science journals
- Secure $5M+ in R&D funding through whitepapers and stakeholder presentations
- Oversee implementation of predictive analytics for climate change adaptation models
Qualifications
- PhD in AI, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Published research in top-tier journals on quantum machine learning or neuromorphic computing
- Proven track record securing federal grants for AI research ($2M+)
- Expertise in federated learning and decentralized AI systems
- Deep understanding of ethical AI frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST RMF)
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages (Q#)
- Experience with neurosymbolic AI and human-AI collaboration systems
