Responsibilities
- Architect AI roadmaps for 2026+ with focus on ethical, scalable, and human-centric solutions
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing next-gen AI frameworks for autonomous systems
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies with disruptive potential
- Collaborate with C-suite to integrate future-forward AI strategies into corporate vision
- Author white papers and thought leadership on AI evolution and societal impact
- Prototype AI systems using quantum/neuromorphic computing paradigms
- Mentor junior researchers through our 'Future Tech Incubator' program
Qualifications
- PhD or equivalent in AI, Cognitive Science, or Futuristics (with 5+ years applied experience)
- Proven track record of publishing in top-tier AI/tech journals (NeurIPS, Nature AI, etc.)
- Expertise in quantum machine learning and neuromorphic architectures
- Deep understanding of AI ethics frameworks and responsible AI development
- Experience with horizon scanning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Portfolio demonstrating AI systems with real-world impact
- Certification in Strategic Foresight from recognized institutions (e.g., WFS, APF)
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse audiences
